Position Title: SAP Concur Implementation Consultant
Job Summary: As a SAP Concur Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Concur solutions to meet the travel and expense management needs of our organization. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide guidance throughout the implementation process to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP Concur.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for travel and expense management processes, policies, and compliance.
Design and configure SAP Concur solutions to meet business needs, including Expense Management, Travel Management, Invoice Management, and Analytics.
Customize and extend standard SAP Concur functionality using configuration, policy rules, workflows, and integration technologies (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Dell Boomi).
Conduct system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure that SAP Concur solutions meet client requirements and compliance standards.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including system setup, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.
Conduct user training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on SAP Concur functionality, best practices, and optimization techniques.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, configuration guides, training materials, and support documentation.
Stay informed about updates, new features, and industry trends in SAP Concur and travel expense management technology, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with SAP Concur software, including implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of travel and expense management processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
Experience with SAP Concur modules, such as Expense Management, Travel Management, Invoice Management, and Analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
SAP Concur certification is desirable.
